Nothing new to report except people are scared creatures.

Plenty Of Fish is really messed up

 There is a big problem with social media and people posting personal photos.

So an innocent individual posts some selfies on Facebook for example.
These images are then scraped (collected) by a scammer looking to target a specific age group, 30s, 40s, 50s, etc.  All because the insane lack and enforcement of privacy controls, and of course users cannot understand the implications and have no control or knowledge over their own information.

These images are real but cannot be verified to a real identity, so impersonation is rampant in the online dating scene.  These images are hidden from reverse image engines, because "PRIVACY".  But this person's privacy has already been broken.  It's so fucked.

And the dating sites don't care, because traffic equals money.  My own POF subscription has been a complete FARCE.  Every profile is fake, even to the point that when I get a notification on my phone, I go look at the profile 30 minutes later it's "This profile is no longer available, even for upgraded users".

Fun?  No it's complete bullshit.

I don't know who this person is, but her images have been used in at least 4 profiles I have seen so far on POF.

This company is a complete fucking mess and needs to get their shit together. 

Selfie verification is a start, but it's definitely not enough.

Part 6 - revisiting Gulya

 Oh boy, online dating really sucks.  Who knows what people are really like when they only present what they think of themselves.  FML.

Part 5

 Oh, sorry, life gets in the way.

So where was I? Oh, This one: Gulya.

So we were talking about how Gulya had made a big mistake.

So, I am a bit suspicious by this point since Karakol, Kyrgyzstan is not such a modern city. Shades of Communist Russia.  Yet she shows a picture of herself in a modern city and assumes I am stupid enough to believe she is actually not there??

Wow.

So I am even more suspicious.
I use google image search targeting the building itself, and basically I match to this photo:

It's an exact match.
This is becoming extremely interesting....

Here is a common street in her hometown.  See how primitive it is compared to downtown Moscow?

Sure does not look like Moscow at all.  Seems rather rundown and they cannot afford to fix things for the people.  No curbs.  Streets are in poor repair.   Am I a socialist?  Maybe.  But when people lie they are liars.  Done.

I emailed her and told her she was lying.  I said how can it be that you have a picture in Moscow when you have never left your country???  There was no reply at all.  I guess the game is up.

So this is a little beyond me since I have been done with this for a week.
I'm tired, yo.

This really goes to show how deep the relationship was.

So anyways.

At this point I was already suspicious.
She even sent me pictures of her 'Mum' and her 'Dad'.

Oh... SIGH.

I saw her legs and was like...  Wow....  I like those calves.

But in my mind I was like... That's her boss.  Like... as in KGB boss....  that's not a real Father Daughter photo.  THAT'S HER LAZY BOSS.  He's probably fucking her.  Because he has the power to do that.
Damn...  My mind goes to the strangest places.

So yeah.  Mum seems nice.  Kitchen is always good for RU housewife.  Nice selection of spices.

But why?  To create a fake profile for who knows what?  Information about me since I'm such a huge USA state asset?  LOL  No, not the case.

And when I took some time away and did not email...  There was an impatient email in my inbox.

So we are on a timeline here?  Time is of the essence?  Another warning sign, to be completely honest.

So she sent me this, my name is blocked in red.  Why the need to address me so often?
This is weird!  I guess this is how they write?

Paragraphs are important people.  The single line stuff really irritates me subliminally.
I still have not figured this one out.

In her broken English these are all good words.
